bonjela/mouth ulcers.

ok, so i have braces and have had them for a while now. but i keep getting really huge and painful mouth ulcers from them so i normally use bonjela for it but it takes a while to clear up. just wondering if there were any other ways to prevent mouth ulcers as they are reallyyyyyy painful!?
