Why at meal times?

Hi folks as anyone else noticed how ITV always seem to show Adverts about things to take if you have Diarrhoea, Cures for removing Ear Wax, & Air Freshner's for the Bathroom when you've had a Brad Pitt.. & they always seem to show them at meal times.....Why? LOL

And why do all the diarrhoea and constipation ones have women in them? Men have exactly the same problems. And the strane one with the kid who wants to do a poo at his friends house!!! WTF is that all about!!!
