Frizzy out of control hair!!..

What is best to put in hair that is really wavy, curly, and frizzy.. in a hot, humid place like southeast texas to get it to stay straight all day.. or most of the day?.. What kind of hair straightner is best?

I have used things to help but as soon as i walk outside it frizzes up!!..

I feel like i waste my time fixing my hair like i would like it to be...
