Blood Pressure & Blood Sugar

I am diabetic and have all sorts of tabs for this, plus high blood presssure and high glucose count.

Is there anything homeopathic, natural, lifestyle or remedy wise that you know i can take to lower BP or sugar levels?

Are you saying that despite being under medical care for diabetes and hypertension, you still have to ask that question?

It is a massive indictment on either you or the NHS.

I am diabetic and when I was first diagnosed I had to go to the diabetic clinic at my local hospital. Who were absolutely fabulous. There we had instruction on what diabetes was and all its various side effects and associated problems. We were also given guidance on how to live a healthy lifestyle, healthy eating. Also a lot of guidance leaflets, phone numbers etc. I also see the diabetic nurse at my GP practice evert three months for a blood test etc. (So it is not the fault of the NHS!!). If you did not have any of this see your GP and get it arranged. Also the Diabetes UK website has loads of information as well. There is no excuse for having to ask this question here.

Rod, You look here for support and get that response!
There is nothing wrong with asking that question here. Hospital staff are not always as helpful or sympathetic as they claim to be and once I called Diabetes uk for advice and they were not helpful at all.
I found that sticking to a very healthy diet helps and I searched Amazon for some books. Good luck
