Hi mate, sorry to bother you. I seem to have two insect bites (I'm assuming mosquitoes) on my left foot, just by the ankle. My whole foot is very swollen (half as big again) and is slightly painful to move, almost as though I have landed awkardly on it. The red lumps are slightly itchy, though not troubling me too much. What can I take? Maybe some antihistamines, and some nurofen for the swelling? Thanks.

Hi NoM....sorry to hear about your bite.eam

Would suggest:
1) Anthisan cream...liberally spread over you foot.
2) NSAID'S ...nurofen as you suggested.
3) Keep your foot raised and resting on a poof.

Best of luck...bl00dy hot here today.
