cancer help

does anyone know of any good site to get info on basaloid squamous cell carcinoma of  the larynx?  i have been searching for weeks and cant find anything.  my husband has been diagnosed with stage 4 with  a m word that i cant spell but it means the cancer has spread and is growing aggressively in both lungs.  someone please help me.  my husband is only 41.  im 28 and we have 2 small children and im lost on what to do.
