Hi Sqad. Bit of a strange query. I have a yellow and blue bruise-like mark (about the size of a 5p piece) that appears periodically on my lower abdomen. I haven't buised myself as such, but the mark just appears now and again, and always in the same spot. What do you think? Could it be a sign of jaundice, perhaps?

Sounds as though it is a bruise, as the bluenish indicates blood and the yellowness indicates breakdown products of blood.

Can't be more specific NoM but it is "no big deal" so don't worry.

Could it come from a piece of clothing, say from a button on a pair of trousers which are too tight?

I can't touch those trolley, Poodi. Lately, I've been getting a static shock every time I touch them. lol !

Actually, it could be from the dog jumping up at me when he knows we're going for a walk. Can't believe I didn't think of that. Cheers guys.
