iam going to start doing some exercise, which trainers should I get? any advice would be gratefuly recieved, tyia:-)

it all depends on what type of exercise, and where you are going to do it.
Are you going to be running, cycling, jumping...?
Is it going to be outdoors or indoors?, on tarmac, in a gym, in a sports hall?
Please give me as much info as possible.

If you are going to run in them and you are older than about 15,

go to a shop where they put you on a treadmill and do a gait analysis.

You will not believe what a huge difference it makes until you've run in a pair of shoes fitted for your gait.

You don't have to pay any more ... but you do get the right pair of shoes for the way you run/walk.
