For medical reasons I need to keep a log of what I eat at the moment and I was wondering if anyone knows how I would find out the nutritional information of a product from greggs the bakers.
I know this sounds strange and a bit silly but I do need to know.
There was no information on the packaging (which I thought there had to be by law), I've been on their website and there's nothing on there, I don't want to have to send them an email asking as that would be a tad embarassing!
Does anyone know of any reliable websites where I could find this out?
Thanks.
according to greggs they are looking into putting nutritional info on packaging sometime in the future, I would suggest googling similar recipes to what you would normally get at greggs and use it as a guide.
I would just ask them.....email them, with the request..stating that you have a medical condition that requires that you have this info. Make sure you say that you enjoy their products, and would like to continue to enjoy them.
another-view......baby did not give the medical reason WHY she needs to keep a record....so maybe WE should not make assumptions that it is to do with weight,or any other situation where pasties would be discouraged.
Thanks, I think I will just email them and like your suggestion pastafreak, I will make sure to tell them how much I love their products! :P
Another-view, you should take pastafreaks advice and learn to be less judgemental.
I need to keep a record because I'm underweight not because all I eat is Greggs.
