Well, seeing her on her hands and knees in tears and begging forgiveness was far too much for me emotionally and I reluctantly forgave her. I patted her on the head, told her that I would only be reducing her clothes allowance for one month and sent her back to the kitchen.

Thank you for all your helpful replies but it is the principle that unfortunately is forgotten in the UK today. Next, we will be treating them as equals, but thankfully not admitting them into men's clubs.
