sweating

my husband goes walking and when he comes home one sleeve of his top is soaked with sweat whilst the other is dry. Anyone know why. He asked his Dr and he had never heard of it. This is not a new symptom

We aren't designed to sweat symetrically, so I'm surprised to hear that the Dr. has never come across this before. Years ago I had sweat glands removed from my right axilla (armpit) because of excessive sweating: the left one was fine.
