belching crazy

at times, after eating...the air gets trapped and builds up ..until there is so much pressure..i can hardly breathe.&nbsp; i then have to sick my fingers down my throat to force it out.&nbsp; it is very painful and voilent. does anyone know what could be wrong with me and what i should do.

feel like i'm gonna to belched myself to death..at the very least..i'm going insane.&nbsp; i have had this problem for 11 months now.

i had surgery in jan. 2004:

gallbaladder removed &amp;&nbsp; lost my last ovary(had a cyst the size of a volleyball)&gt;

i now have an incisional hernia, ibs..and i belch &amp; belch &amp; belch.

what should i do?
