Speaking of those bloody scooter things, when I was in Guildford there was this woman who drove one on the pavement and I swear to God she had permenant PMT.. She nearly knocked me over three times, twice in one day! (I listen to my ipod quite loud so don't always hear what's going on around or behind me). I politely (... ish... well, I didn't swear... much) enquired if she had lessons driving the thing and she had a go at me for not walking in a straight line and tsaod that she had right of way cause she was disabled! I (in the same polite terms) explained that being disabled didn't give her an exculse to a fe**ing liability to others as well as an 'unpleasant person'.
