I really want to lose weight and have lost count the diets I've tried. Cereal diet, boring lost about 3lbs and put it back on. Eating 6 times a day and exercising 1hr each day whilst drinking lots of water, put on weight. Wholemeal cereal for breakfast, salad for lunch and normal tea and exercise, nothing lost. Just grapes all day and water. Nadda!! I think I'm going to become a coke addict it's the only way :-(

I went on a diet recently (am 11.5 stone and 5ft 8ins), wanted to lose about 10 lbs... first week lost 4lb, second week nothing (even though I was eating the same as first week).. and so on.. I just felt extremely tired and hungry... hated sweetners.. etc.. I sit at a desk for 8 hours a day 5 days per week.. so I really do think it is the lack of exercise. I have given up the diet now - have just put it down to "middle-aged spread"...
forget the diet food.. just stick to a healthy range of food - plenty of steamed veg and protein and get down the gym!! or at least out cycling or running up stairs...
I used the treadmill in the gym - but cant run on it as have funny joints so I speed walk.. at an incline and it really has helped me get my shape back!

the trick is to find something you enjoy... and if you are lazy maybe try a class where the instructor does the motivating.
Try it.. then when you think you have pushed yourself as far as you can go - push a little bit more!

hi 4get u really dont need to lose weight .when i joined slimming world i put weight on .lol i lost more weight just not thinking about needing to lose weight .best weight lose was when i was ill few months back .i do really want to lose 2 stone could do with a sick bug for a few days lol u thought about doing a detox diet ? i was reading about them on line .xx
