I think it helps to just unload to someone sometimes (even if you don't know them!). I stopped taking my pill which I think has helped and I'm trying St Johns Wort. I'm hoping that eating healthily will help too although its hard!

Definitly not feeling worse than I did so thats a bonus :o)

It is prob easier to offload to someone you dont know, you wont hold back how you are feeling with someone you dont know cos there is always that fear that you will upset someone you do know. Does that make sense lol.

That makes sense lol. I hat going on to my bf about my ex although he would listen and understand anyway.

He's not said if he has but I know I'm laughing more and he's not complaining that I'm telling him off about being messy etc! xx

We've been together 2 and a half years, he is lovely and makes me happy. I feel so bad when I've been miserable and horrible to him!

Arh thats nice Caj, i know you feel bad but im sure you have to put up with things from him that he cant really help, excessive farting etc lol, you are just going through an emotional time at the min & he sounds a good man who is very supportive, like my hubby is. Take the good with the bad. xx

Oh he is soo nice PeeBee, when I apologise he has none of it and just hugs me. I play him at his own game when it comes to farting lol! But I know what you mean, I guess we're lucky ladies :o)

Just have to move forward and forget the past and be happy. Its easy to slip off the rails and get down but sure it doesn't matter as long as you get back on track (with the help of some nice people) xx

Yes we do have to move forward & forget the past but easier said than done, its how we deal with things that just makes them easier to live with & with the support of some nice people you get there in the end xx

I don't know if time heals or just helps you move on and forget MissNoWay. I was fostered nearly 9 years ago and lost all contact with my family because they moved and didn't give me their new address - when I'm down I still wish my mum could be there to hug me and it still hurts like hell. I've got over what my ex did to me but I don't know if I'll ever be past the family thing

I done my forgiving, welcomed them back they fcucked it up so i got shut again, never looked back but thats me Caj.

I know that. When I have kids I'm going to make sure I am the best mum in the world. Its probably made me a better person in the end. Your family don't deserve you either PeeBee because you are lovely and kind xx
