salla...thanks for your comments....YES I do feel ashamed at my post on "the wet dream thread" it was totally innapprpriate and I have great difficulty in explaining it.

Many people have "hang ups", memories and experiences which they have had great difficulty in explaining and for social reasons have NEVER told anyone about them for fear of being ridiculed. AB seems an ideal institution which will allow you to voice and gauge the reaction from people that you will never meet or see.
I had never told anyone about that particular sexual incident as I never knew what they would think of me and even more importantly whether or not it was unusual.

As for tambo's remark about being inexperienced and relieving myself, she has got it the wrong way round.....it was the girl who demanded it.........it did nothing for me.

sorry salla, but as part of the "great offended" I remarked that I found the entire thread crass. not just today but quite often. I dont want to ruin everyone's fun and moan continually though, dris asked a question and I replied.

like I said last night, if there is an obviously glut for smutty innuendo throughout the day then maybe the ed should rewrite the guidance notes (urging posters to be aware of all ages reading threads) and create an adult section for you to talk at will without reprisal.

meanwhile crankshaft is feeling the water today, I have no doubt he will be in full flow by lunchtime

Well, not shame exactly, but maybe the acknowledgement that it did go a bit too far for a daytime thread. I wasn't being facetious in saying the Great Offended cazz - you were right, it was crass.

Sqad - good on you for admitting you are regretful. But honeybun - I don't think any less of you for what you said. I am always first in the queue for getting carried away with what I post, then wishing later I hadn't.... Good luck with your snooker x

I still feel that someone should define the function of AB and whether or not it IS a Family Site and if it is how does one define a family site as suggested by Mr. Veritas.

Personally I would not like ANY of my family to read many of my posts..............but there again I look upon AB and it's members as someone and something that I would not be prepared to air in public and for me AB is not public, it is personal.

My kids certainly don't come on here. They are on msn, bebo and club penguin - I think it is more of an adult site and should not have much interest for the average child/young teen.

well if the Ed is reading I think that an adult section would solve most of this, people would go in there with the knowledge of what they are about to read, it will come with a disclaimer. no one needs to feel ashamed.

Im all for having a laugh, like ummm says though when it bleeds into most other threads it becomes tiring.
