You need to see your GP.
The symptoms of CFS / ME are also found in Clinical Depression, and while the first condision has to be managed, the second can be treated, so it's important to know which is which.
As a general rule, CFS / ME manifests itself in total exhaustion - by which I mean bedbound, muscle pain, inability to think and talk properly, some loss of muscle control, some loss of bladder control, and so on.
See your GP as soon as you can.
