Demon Dentist

On Monday evening my dentist recomended removing a "dead" tooth. I told her that I had had root treatment on that tooth years ago but it never caused me any pain. She said regardless it was "mush" and had to be removed. Long story short, it broke and I was in the chair for over an hour with her pushing and pulling, cutting gum and drilling bone in an effort to remove the tooth that she said was fused to my jaw bone!. The result is that I have to go for dental surgery on the remains that she couldn't remove. I'm still in quite a lot of pain. Anti inflamatories and paracetamol take the pain away for a while but I'm concerned that its still sore almost a week later. It doesn't look infected and I've kept the site quite clean although the outside of my face is badly bruised.

What should I do next and am I within my rites to complain about my treatment?

Your spelling error has made me laugh. Using the word 'demon' in the title of your post, together with your use of 'rites' (rather than 'rights') makes me imagine you carrying out black magic ceremonies to get even with your dentist! ;-)

LOL I did realise my mistake after I had posted. I may be equating my dentist with a monster as I am in a "hell" of a lot of pain or, I may have been venting as I've just finished reading "Twighlight"! either or ,bad forces are at work here.
