Sleepy, for some obscure reason your question under H&F could not be answered as there is is no "Reply to question" function......no idea why?

Now, this is not a "big deal " at the moment but requires medical investigation urgently.

Could be:
Stitch abscess
Abscess around appendix stump (unlikely)
Urinary tract infection
DVT
Chest infection.

Seek medical help today.
