Bit sore
I had about a years recover after my first birth due to the episiotomy. I was sore for most of the time especially if I had, had a busy day and been moving about a lot
I've been fine for months but I'm now pregnant with my second and finding that I feel the same way (down below) with this pregnancy as I did about 4 months into my stitches healing with my first. If I have a busy day I'm really sore.
I spoke to a friend and she said she'd had an operation on her neck and sometimes gets 'phantom' pains.
Could this be what I'm having? Has anyone felt sore with their 2nd pregnancy?

Then I ended up with bloodclots and burst stitches, all this took quite a while to heal and even now feels tender, particularly during my period when its uncomfortable. I've always assumed it's due to hormonal changes & increased blood flow, which, if I'm right could explain why you're having pains too.
Mention it to your MW, maybe she can explain it?! Hope you don't suffer too much

With both of my children i didnt have stitches as i just had the tiniest of nicks. But after each, and my youngest is 16 months) i still get a sharp stining pain from the site of these nicks.
As K8 says, i would suggest you ask your midwife but again i think its to do with increases blood flow to those points.
