I know what you mean WB. My husband is soo loud he frightens the cat, the kids, and after many years of marriage he still manages to make me jump out of my skin. Grrr!

However some girls sneeze really loud too one of my friends is so loud and very high pitched it makes your ears ring!! but guys go for the all out loudness i aggree it is a bit annoyign especially during a film!

Excuse me but what about when they clear their throat (the older ones mostly do this .. ) and when they 'break wind' .. to put it nicely . It gets worse as they get older by the way.
