A few years ago I was driving all sorts of loads around the country ( No, I do not want an Orange) at times we had to go onto new housing sites needless to say there was a certain amount of muck brought out within the twin wheels of the trailer, If I was seen by the police I got booked for causing what could be termed a danger to road users, why! rain causing you to skid/slide into oncoming vehicles, How is it that farmers can bring out cow shite on the wheels of their tractors, over the sides of their trailer's? there is one that comes to mind in our area between Read & Padiham, the farmer cannot deny its not from his Tractor / farm as the trail of shite runs right into his yard of the main road! they have even put up signs to the effect, but should they have not hired a Road Sweeper to clean up the road before an accident happened? If any of the old Bill looks at this site your views would be welcomed regards the Law.
