Fingers keep locking

Hey,

yesterday when i was putting on make up my index finger locked and i couldn't move it at all for about a minute. It was quite scary as that's never happened before. since then, i've had the same sensation that it's going to happen a few times but it never fully locks. it's started a bit with my middle finger as well.
I have a trigger finger in my middle finger anyway, but I don't think it's related.

What should I do? bit worried that it might be a repetitive strain injury?

had same in past - its was dietary for me. Take a tbs of molasses daily, (Boots sell it - yummy).

could it be to do with iron deficiency?! never heard of molasses!

Its just started happening to me but I have RA - just wanted to say yes it is very scary when it happens
