I have reasonally been diagnosed with glandular fever and am being treated by a naturopath with natural remedies but i've begun to have sleeping problems. I've been taking stilnox in order to get a good night's sleep because I know that sleep is important to get over glandular fever but my muscles seem to be getting more tense and feel like lead and i can't relax them no matter how much i try, which is preventing me from sleeping more and more. Would you say this is stress-related, caused from the stilnox or glandular-fever related? What can i do to relax my muscles and get a good night's sleep? My naturopath has described me mag-oro Magnesium for my muscles and fatigue, SAMe tablets for nerves and stress, Blackmore's B Vitamins for stress and numerous other natural rememdies to treat my glandular fever, muscular system, lymphatic system etc. I've only been taking these for 4 days. Is it possible that any of this could be affecting my ability to relax my body?
