stomach rumble - not hungry though

why is my stomach rumbling but i don't feel hungry (i had a yogurt and apple about an hour ago for breakfast)

is it because i'm ill, but i've only got a cold. . .

I was always told that apples are not easily digestible. I think this may probably be true. They give me the 'burps'!!

LoftiLottie, Apples are much easier to digest if you peel them first.

I get a very rumbly stomach sometimes. Makes well strange noises and its not very often because I feel hungry. So embarassing!
