I talk to myself, when I feel a panic attack coming on I tell myself things will be ok talk to myself by name "You'll be ok Jem, it will pass Jem" and take deep breaths and slowly breath out, do several of these, even if i'm on a bus or train too. I find it really helps. My doc gave this advice & it helps Me.
