I am struggling to keep to my target weight as I lost over 7 stone at slimming world.
I have changed jobs from a very active one to one that can be sat about alot more.
I am doing exercise etc but can only fit 2 or 3 sessions in a week.
I just find myself wanting to eat more but it is still healthy, I seem to eat less in the summer. Do other people find this ??

It will fill you up, is healthy and lovely with it. It's so easy to make - I made a huge amount and freeze. Also hot porridge with fruit and some honey will keep you going for ages. It is normal to eat more in the winter. It's inbuilt and is a survival mechanism.
Eat Spicy Food
There is evidence to show that spices, especially chilli, can raise the metabolic rate by up to 50% for up to 3 hours after you’ve eaten a spicy meal.
Drinks containing caffeine also stimulate the metabolism, as does green tea.

Also...keep the heating off as much as possible. You use calories trying to keep warm. If you've noticed if your feet are cold you feel cold so put a blanket on your legs and let your body heat the rest of you up.
