A couple of questions as i have had a letter from them regarding the job T&C's
POINT 1- Normal office hours are Mon - Fri but you may be expected to work additional hours 9which may include weekends and bank holidays) as the demands of the business require. no additional payment will be made for such hours.
POINT 2- We reserve the right to extend your probationary period should it be deemed necessary. (I have agreed a pay rise at the end of the probatinary period)
Has anyone else ever had these clauses and if so what is your opinions please?
