lesion on liver

My husband had hepatitis when he was a child of 10 and now a ct scan has shown up a lesion on his liver. could this be a result of the hepatitis i.e. scar tissue. He has also had a melanoma removed recently.

Very, very unlikely to have anything to do with his hepatitis aged 12.

Could well be an association between his recently removed melanoma and the abnormal liver CT scan.

Could be associated with neither of the above.
