Dehydration?
Low blood sugar?
Stress?
Anxiety?

How do you feel apart from that?

Dizmo.
It may be an imbalance in your inner-ear.

Could it be Vertigo?
How old are you?
Are you on any medication?
How long do the attacks last, minutes or seconds?

Vertigo is not a disease.

Google Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo
Could be vertigo but when I had it even when lying down with my eyes shut the darkness would spin. Nasty thing it is. Hence I don't drink too much as I feel like i'm having a vertigo episode - unless tired then I just fall asleep. As the others say it could be stress, anxiety, anaemia?

Thanks for your answers i got myself down to the doctors who confirmed vertigo nothing serious should settle in a couple of weeks with my tablets
There is no such a disease as vertigo, it is a symptom, NOT a disease.
Donna...thanks for the feedback.
labyrinthitis - not nice!
Sqad, I only mentioned Vertigo, I didn`t say it was a disease, but I`m glad the Doctor has verified it as what I suggested.

poodi...you dribble on and on about that issue of over a year ago now.

carlton....no big deal it is one of my pet annoyances, vertigo being regarded as a disease. I realise that you didn't say so but 99%of the ABers who reply, do so.
