Tiger Woods home has been raided by Child Protection Police.

Now that is going too far.

He has behaved badly, shagging around ... but his children should be kept out of this.

There has been no suggestion that they are at risk in any way.

Now, the Police authorities will put the children in fear of being taken from their parents.

That's disgusting.

If, and it's a big IF, there are drugs in his home, then the children are at risk surely?
"It is routine for investigators from the Florida Department of Children and Families to check the safety of a home after a suspected domestic violence incident.

There is no suggestion that Woods and his wife Elin risk losing custody of their children Sam, two, and ten-month-old Charlie."
JJ...yes I agree it is a bit OTT.....................but do they (the Child Protection bods) know something that we don't.

Okay, forget it then.
He might not be hurting them physically but he sure is mentally.
Question Author
So make them the focus of a high profile enquiry ...

That will help them mentally.
They are 2 years and 10 months respectively.
They are hardly going to be aware of exactly what is transpiring in their parents lives.........
Question Author
So how are they being "hurt mentally" then ?
even at their ages they will be aware that "things" are going on and not in their routine.

It's always sad when children are involved,
Headlines:

"Parents row...children at risk"

Can any married couple come on to AB and say that they have never rowed?
TTG...how is he hurting them mentally at 2 years old and 10 months old?

When something like this happens to Mrs Blogg she has to get on with it cope but the kids see the damage that has been done. When it happens to someone who's not far off being a billionaire...they hire in the nannies so the kids don't witness it.
Question Author
The children weren't involved until the Police Authorities decided to make a "routine" check up.

Well, at least they did it discreetly ... it's not as though it has been splashed across the UK national tabloids.

Oh no, hang on ... yes it has !!!
forgot about the nannies ummmmm, the childrens' routine will be the same.
Children witnessing arguments is not bad for them, as long as there is no violence. It's part of life and they learn that parents fall out but then have to sort things out and make up. A child brought up in an environment where the never witness arguments/disagreements surely will grow up to be naive.
Alba...or they will be taken off to do fun things..
ummmm...well said.
And the children will have read all about it over their breakfast.............?
Get it read to them Jack..!!
there was domestic violence, so the children may be at risk. probably just part of following procedures.

i think the word 'raided' is the ott bit. probably just popped by to file a report.
Question Author
When my parents used to argue, I don't recall anyone "popping by to file a report"
