Back pain

I have a machine called Backlife,it helps to relieve back pain.I've had it for several years and have lost the manual.I seem to recall that you should use it a limited amount of times per day.Can anyone confirm this or not please? Thanks!!!

is it a TENS machine?
if so, in my instructions it tells yu to use it twice a day, however, i never pay attention to that

No it's not a TENS mc.You drape your legs over it while laying on your back on the floor and it gently but minutely stretches your spine.Thanks for your reply anyway!!!
