I think i have a mild form of tourettes, I have never been diagnosed, but i can't help shouting things out! this usually happens when i'm thinking about something bad and i will shout out a certain word, always the same word (not a swear word) myself and family laugh this off and i have now got so good that if i do it in the company of others or in public i make out im singing the first line of a song! somtimes im conscious of myself doing it other times my wife will ask after i have come out of the shower " who was i shouting at" and i have no recolection of shouting! is this Tourettes?
Secondly...I always think the worst of people and sometimes ahve some pretty evil thoughts, If i dont get a responce froma txt or my facebook comments are ignored i think that people dont like me and i get myslef worked up!
i feel my blood boiling and i rub my head (so hard sometimes i draw blood), and sometimes when people are talking to me a completely blank out to what they are saying and just imagine punching them really hard in the face, usually old people!
Would you say i need help or do other think like this!

if it were just one of those things I would say it could be any of us, but I suspect with that combination.. it's probably time to talk to a doctor.

but hey, well done for recognising you have symptoms.. many probably don't. best to get it checked out.
Very admirable to recognise things aren`t as they should be. Do consult your GP.
How old are you now and how old were you when you noticed the onset of your symptoms?
