I find whatever mood you might be in, put on a CD like Classical Spectacular, and your mood reflects in at least one of the pieces?
Like last night when I had friends round for a drink, I had copied onto disk from Sky Arts, Adre Rieu which we played, it was lovely, normally I would play a selection of 60/70s for us, but everyone agreed how it reflected their mood, which was happy...lol
When I play The Chorus of the Hebrew Slaves, I feel very happy in a different kind of way..
What about you?
What piece would make you happy/sad/jaunty/good????

I use to put a classical CD on when we ate dinner. I found it kept the kids calm.
Fauré's Requiem.

Classical music seems to suit all my moods, Andre Rieu cheers me. But for ultimate chillout anything by Bach or Chopin.
I like the nice gentle type of classical music and I put it on when I'm in bed to fall asleep to. I love Madame Butterfly, it always makes me cry though.

I love the three Tenors. Expecially Pavarotti.

Nessun Dorma is one of my all time favourites.
I don't know what we were listening to. A freebie with a newspaper.
I don't drink gin, horrible stuff. Everything else though :)

Bobbi... I have it on DVD. Spectacular !

If JJ wasn't lazing in bed and nursing a hangover, she'd tell you all about her love of Wagner.
