How do you keep yourself looking young and fit?

Do you go to the Gym? Have a good skin care regime? Live a clean lifestyle?

Or do you not care about ageing?

1. I inherited young and vibrant genes from both my parents, (dad was 72 and not a grey hair.) Mum is 60 something and have no wrinkles... yet

2. I visit AB / CB frequently

I dont bother too much. I am supposed to look much younger than my age at the moment so when it happens - it happens

The secret?

No smoking, no drinking and plenty of extra marital affairs.

NoKnow... this is a genuine question. People spend a small fortune on cosmetic products, gym membership, organic foods etc.

I don't buy into all the organic stuff, and I've never used a gym, but I do tend to splurge on moisturisers, make up and stuff.

I do think you cant fight with your genes NoM - (although Sqad tries to fight with my leggings - ) (little clothes humour thrown in ) - but if you've got good genes you're laughing all the way to the model agency !

Peri... yes, genes do have a lot to do with it. But it's interesting to know the depths some people will go to to say looking young.

what I hate is the current trend for older hollywood stars to get something done with their eyes - steve martin for example look awful and louis walsh looked terrible too - the tightness around the eyes does nothing for them

Peri... yes, some celebs do go to far. Lizzie Cundy looks ridiculous, and has that awful "wind tunnel" look. Similarly Dannii Minogue and to a lesser extent, Kylie.

I would maybe consider collagen fillers in years to come, but not botox.

Society... Yes, genes do count. My mother's mother was grey at a young age, but my mother's maternal grandfather was nearly 103 when he died.

The same with my mother's father. He was half jewish and had jet black hair til the day he died.

Pussy.... so do you buy into the 2 litres of water daily theory? I must admit, I don't drink nearly enough water, and far too much tea and coffee.
