Is this like Tennis Elbow?

If so, try playing with a support bandage. You may need to seek advice from your club's local pro to see if there is something wrong with your swing.

Also, try taking some supplements like Cod liver Oil to loosen your joints.

Linzi84,my hubby has cortisone injections every 3 months to keep what the meds thought was Tennis Elbow at bay but it turned out to be RSI/ Repetetive Strain Injury,work related.
