Spots relating to hormone imbalance
5 Answers
I am a 31 year old female and have always had the odd spot as I have combination skin. Just recently, however, I have started to get spots on the side of my neck below my ears and also on my shoulders. They are quite painful lumps and don't come to a head so they last for ages. Not very pretty if I want to wear my hair up or a strappy top. I don't know if it's stress and/or hormone inbalance. Any ideas?

Maybe on Jan 1st you could do a detox to try and get rid of any toxins that have built up. I always get spots around the jawline when I know I have been pushing myself too hard. I usually get tonsilitis or swollen glands shortly after. Usually eating properly and some early nights sorts it out.
