After wearing new shoes I have developed a blister on the sole of my foot, just between my big toe and my actual foot. What would be the best way to treat this?

have had chocolate cake and feet are still hurting! unless I'm doing the wrong thing and should be rubbing the chocolate onto my feet?
Rub in surgical spirit
or vaseline?
dont put anything on while you are in the house let it dry up be bare foot if you go out just use a plaster

once it is dry and gone down then put vaseline on : )
I am prone to blisters, there are good blister plasters available in shops like Boots.

Avoid walking-the best ever way.If not possible to do this.Use thick socks/a sock. The place of the wound will get gradually fine,but-only in case You would avoid its further contact with the shoe.Thick sock or not walking.Or-other shoes
