If someone has these symptoms: 1. Passing too little urine even if drinking extra fluids. 2. Blood in urine. 3. Albumin in urine 4. Pain and bloating in lower abdomen: What further investigations should be undertaken ? What is the diagnosis ? What is the treatment ?

I had this last week - its a urine infection and should be treated with anti-biotics. Passing blood, only being able to pass very little urine and then it becomes increasingly painful. Go to the docs with a urine sample.
