High-power LASER pointers

Any other fans out there?

I recently bought a 20mw LASER pointer online.
It's powerful enough to pop a balloon at about 10 feet away.
At night you can see the green beam it produces for hundreds of yards.
One of my housemates was so impressed I had to go online and order another one for him.

Word of warning though: fun as they are, they're not toys - not the sort of thing you would let pussykins chase around and you have to be careful not to let the dot land on flat reflective
surfaces where it can come back and get someone in the eye.
ALSO, it has the power to reach low flying aircraft and if someone was stupid enough to point
one at a plane then get caught - it could result in a jail sentence.
That said ...great fun !

I have a red one, bl00dy fantastic, point it on the floor if you have a dog, it will go bloomin' nuts trying to chase it, its sooo funny.

Oh wow! What a must thing to have! Not!
Before you decided to buy this nancy laser, had you even read the reports that pilots have written about regarding the problems they cause?
I know you added the addendum, but the mind boggles. Have you nothing better to do
than pop balloons with a laser and then even recommend it to other people to buy?
Oh sorry, l can use it on my pet to let it chase around trying to catch the dot!

LMAO, oh dear "willyboy" you really do seem to have a cross to bear don't you!

As you ask, yes I have many things going on in my life, my life is pretty full and complicated but -you know what mate? It just aint enough! I Have my work, my social life, my family, sex, drugs, rock n roll, nightclubs, festivals, performances, the internet (including Answerbank and a number of other places I visit).
BUT I also require toys like high powered LASER pointers ...(Oooh! shock horror) to fill the monotony.....so sue me :-)

Sorry "willy" ...*you're* a sicko, and probably a sad lonely and unfufilled one at that.
