Does anyone hold grudges or do you forget things people have done/said. Do you just let them off or do you stew. I find it very hard to forget things and i think of incidents and things that have angered me that i havent ever brought up or talked about or resolved so i let them fester.....

No. Too much like negative energy and I don't find that very useful. If I don't like you because of something I perceive you to have done then I just don't bother much with you. If it's someone I have to work/associate with for other reasons then I'm civil, go about my business and am quite happy to see the back of you once you're gone. In most (although obviously not...

this isnt about grudges on a silly website where you dont even know the person. Im asking seriously about real life as im trying to teach myself how to be happier and being angry about things doesnt make me happy.
No_knowledge, I have talked to you! if you read the posts, I have no problem with you! well not really!....................... I can't recall you being rude to me! the baa thing is not required really, but if it amuses you...............................fine with me!!
That is precisely why i gave the answer I did, people that cross me or my family in the real world I just drop like a stone as they are not true friends and therefore do not deserve to be a part of your life. It makes lt easier if you train yourself to dismiss them from your life pink, it does work.
It is a waste of energy to be angry at someone, delete them pink, it makes sense.
It depends on who the person is - if it's a friend or someone close who I really like I'm more inclined to let it slide - unless they have hurt someone even closer. For instance, my godmother and favourite aunt was really horrible about my dad about 15 years ago and I haven't spoken to her since. Also, if it's someone I wasn't too keen on in the first place, but I don't so much hold grudges as just forget the person's existence, which can be a bit awkward if you have to work with them or something but it's better than having to talk to them.
pinkfluffo this is par for the course, questions get sidelined. Its nothing about you just the nature of the whole thing. Good question though.
for craft 1948. Ok so I said I would not be back on this site! but I jmeant Chatterbank, and I haven't been! the comments I received where very sad! and I did not and will not visit Chattebank ever again......................
