On reading posts this morning, I have noticed a lot of "Bill, have you received my email? "Baldy, I have left a message on your FB"......ect....etc.
If you all have FB connections, email addresses and telephone numbers why do you need AB?

Thus if the ladies wish to organise a "Let's get Sqad into a bit of a lather, let's start with underwear" thread, we can do so through FB. ;)

Now this really hurts to say...but...I agree with sqad.
I too find it slightly annoying when I see posts stating "I've emailed you" to whoever, it means diddly to the rest of us and surely if you have emailed someone they'll know soon enough anyway? Why feel the need to point out the soon to be obvious?

barmaid....I THINK that I have got it,the interesting stuff and the comments that you are not prepared to say on AB, for many reasons, you revert to FB etc....as sort of Female Masonic Lodge. The inconsequential " stuff" can then be "spewed" onto AB for equally inconsequential replies.
Ah! I have got it now.
