can two people with blue eye's have a green eye'd child,when niether set of grandparents have green eyes either?

If you do the maths, it is entirely possible for something like that to happen where the blue eye gene is dominant but the gene pair always also includes a green eye gene. Admittedly it is less likely but entirely possible.
