Yes, mr. yogasun...plantar fasciitis.
Relieved by special exercises, supports in shoes, etc. Plenty of info on line.
I actually know about ten people who have had it.

yes (though my pain was under the arch rather than in the heel). Cured by steroid injection, painful but quick. I now wear heel supports.

Yes, ages ago. Wear something like a trainer with heel pad inside! Heel pads can be bought from a 'pound shop' !
