This is just a random question which I hope you guys can answer. In my dim and distant past when I was doing law, I remember that in a job contract an employee cannot inhibit you working elsewhere ie a similar company because " something something". I know there was an actual technical term meaning that employers cannot restrict their employees future employment choices. But I'll be darned if I can remember what it is.
Ie marks&sparks cannot have in the employment contract that employees cannot leave to go and work for another department store.
