1) you are not a bad mother
2) has she tried approaching one or two of the big banks. They will provide career development loans for people intending to be lawyers. Some of the larger legal firms (and I mean the really big ones) will take on people for typing pools or paralegal work. OK, so its not as well paid, but she'll get more experience.
3) If she is going to law school, she can jolly well expect to work long long hours into the early hours - how is that going to sit when the agency calls and says "client tonight be there 8.30" when she has a 3000 word essay on privity of contract due in the following day?
I am not suggesting you try and stop her, but if you mention alternatives that is constructive.

The dangers are the lifestyle that goes along with it. It does seem an easy, quick way to earn cash; especially if you're a student. Often its difficult to get away from the lifestyle as you get used to the money. Drug use is rife as a means of coping with the whole scenario of what you're doing.
I should imagine its the kind of experience that could really mess your mind up, the emotional struggle with what you're doing, the unsavoury physical experiences you'd have to go through. All these will need to be taken into consideration; not for the faint hearted!

barmaid hun ...... have looked into all these directions and no one wants to know at the age of 25 she is a mature student so to speak they only offer such to younger students etc without going into detail ....she has another 2 years to go yet and this has to be funded by student or family ......... does anyone like busty blondes lol mature etc gawddddddddd x
I started my law degree when I was 25. I funded mine by doing exactly that. Don't go to the high street branches. Go the the ones in the legal centres - such as Temple Bar.
The alternative is that she could do her degree part time and hold down a full time job. It will just take her a year longer to qualify.

Well if she has it in her head to do it ,all you can do is stand by her ,tell her you are frightened for her but if it is what she wants to do you will be there ...i know she is 25 but ask that if she is going to do it to let you know where she will be going and the occasional text to let you know she is ok and you will be fine with that (maybe you won't but tell her that )
