Sniff, sniff, sniff, sniff...argh!
8 Answers
I had a bad cold a month or so back but I'm stiff sniffing loads and it's driving me mad now.
I don't have the best immune system and have deficiencies caused by bile acid malabsorbtion which are hopefully rectifying themselves now I'm on treatment.
I'm getting quite a bit of Vitamin C as I take my meds diluted in a bottle of orange juice and am going to try and get a good multivitamin now they will hopefully have more of an effect.
If anyone else has any other ideas they would be gratefully received as it's driving me mental sniffing all the time, it's not just a "sniff", there is lots of stuff with it...urgh!

It's revolting, tastes like battery acid, but it works for me. You buy it from the pharmacy counter in Boots, either liquid or pastilles. It is however quite acid so you might need to have a chat about your bile problems before you take it. I also take echinacea tablet every day and although it might be coincidence, I've had much less colds and runny noses this winter than I've had previously.
