This is nonsense, isn't it.
It's a complete urban myth started, no doubt, by weirdos who believe that we could all teleport, if only we could tap into our dormant brainpower.
Well, wake up, weirdos ... because it's all poop.
I can find no credible study or report that actually supports this statistic, nor any accepted criteria for the measurement (or even the definition) of "brainpower".
Admittedly, with some ABers, you would hope that they have at least another 90% in reserve ...
... but, generally, this is a bizarre, and unsupported, "statistic".
Just a thought for the afternoon.

So, it might be that if you are given a pretty face& ugly face rto loom at then a memory challenge and a puzzle, on the four mri pictures, collectively you use at least every bit of your brain once.
