I had a fasting blood test done today and my blood pressure taken, which was low, i have always had blood pressure which is more on the toward the lower side, could the reading have been made worse because I had'nt eaten anything?

i have to go back in 2 weeks to have it taken again the nurse ask me if i have dizzy spells which i dont normally although i did on the day of the test which is why i thought it was due to lack of food as i also felt a bit sick
