Aww Therema, sorry to hear about your pain. My nan has just had her second knee replacement recently and she's got really bad back ache. She usually comes out to see me in Spain at this time of the year, but couldn't this year.

im trying to cope with it but its gradually getting worse but thanx sorry to hear about your nan hun the warm weather would have done her the world of good too

Yes, and relaxing by the pool would have been just the remedy she needed. Tbh, she needs to stop gorging chocolate and lose some weight. I hope you get better soon, Therema. xx
